4. Definisi 1.4 Suatu model proses bisnis terdiri dari satu set model aktivitas dan batasan pelaksanaan antara mereka (pelaku bisnis). Proses bisnis terdiri dari aktivitas pelaksanaan yang pengerjaannya adanya pemegang kendali dari proses bisnis itu sendiri, kegiatan tersebut dikerjakan secara manual. Dimana aktivitas manual tidaklah didukung oleh sistim informasi. Suatu contoh suatu aktivitas manual adalah mengirimkan suatu parsel untuk suatu mitra bisnis. Aktivitas Interaksi Pemakai adalah aktivitas yang mengetahui para pekerja melaksanakan, menggunakan sistim informasi. Tidak ada satupun aktivitas phisik yang dilibatkan.
